SSO Configuration: Office 365

To add SUMMIT as App in Office365:

1. Go to https://portal.azure.com. The Login page is displayed.

2. Login with valid Office365 credentials. The Microsoft Azure Dashboard is displayed.

3. Click Azure Active Directory on the left menu. The Overview page is displayed.

4. Click App registrations on the left menu. The App registrations page is displayed.

5. Click Add. The Create window is displayed.

 

 

6. Type in the Name, Sign-on URL, and select Web app/API in the Application Type drop-down list. Click Create. The added application is displayed in the App registrations page.

Note: The Application ID should be noted down for future requirements.

7. Select the added application. The Settings window is displayed.

8. Click Required Permissions. The Required Permissions window is displayed.

9. Click Add. The Add API access window is displayed.

10. Click Select an API. The Select an API window is displayed.

11. Select Microsoft Graph and click Select. The Enable Access window is displayed.

12. Select Sign in and read user profile and Send mail as a user under DELEGATED PERMISSIONS. Click Select.

13. Click DONE in the Add API access window.

14. Click Keys in the Settings window. The Keys window is displayed.

15. Type in Description as 'Key Description', Value as 'Hidden', and select the duration in the Expires drop-down list. Click Save.

Adding User

To add User:

1. Login to https://portal.azure.com.

2. Go to Azure Active Directory > App registrations. Select the registered Summit App in the list displayed. The Settings window is displayed.

3. Click Owners. The Owners window is displayed.

4. Click Add. The Add owner window is displayed.

5. Enter the Email address of the User to be added and click Select. The selected User is added.

To update SUMMIT URL in App:

1. Go to https://portal.azure.com. The Login page is displayed.
2. Login using valid Office365 credentials. The Microsoft Azure Dashboard is displayed.
3. Click Azure Active Directory on the left menu. The Overview page is displayed.
4. Click App registrations on the left menu. The App registrations window appears.

5. Select the App to be updated, under the DISPLAY NAME list. The Settings window is displayed.

6. Select Reply URLs. The Reply URLs window is displayed.

7. Click the menu icon corresponding to the saved URL. The Delete button appears.
8. Click Delete.
9. Enter the new URL to be updated in the blank field.
10. Click Save. The URL is updated.
